Assalamu alaikum parents. Because of ongoing construction at the new campus, the north parking lot will be closed this Friday during Jum'ah prayers. Please use the overflow lot at the community centre and allow an extra ten minutes for drop-off. Volunteers in high-visibility vests will direct traffic.

Jazakum Allahu khayran to everyone who baked, volunteered and bought at yesterday's sale. Together we raised just over $1,200, and every dollar goes to new books for the library. Our thanks especially to the mothers who were setting up before 7am.

Registration for the annual school-wide Qur'an memorisation and recitation competition is now open to all divisions. Speak to your child's Islamic Studies teacher to enter. Judges and timekeepers are needed too — see the Volunteer tab.

Our junior high science fair needs judges. You do not need a science background — a rubric and a short orientation are provided on the morning. It is one of the most rewarding few hours you can give the school.

The annual Scholastic Book Fair opens this Monday in the main library! Send your children with cash or add funds to their e-wallet online. The fair will be open to parents on Thursday evening.
